NANS Yobe honours Fed Poly Damaturu Director of Procurement

The National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, Joint Campus Committee, Yobe Axis, has honoured the Director of Procurement at the Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu, Abdullahi Musa, with an Award of Excellence.

The award was presented in recognition of Musa’s outstanding service and dedication to the development of the institution over the years.

Presenting the award, the Director of Peace and Harmony of NANS Yobe Axis, Comrade Abubakar A. Kaku, said the honour was in appreciation of Musa’s commitment and contributions to the growth of the polytechnic.

Kaku noted that the award also reflects the director’s role as a team player and his efforts in promoting peace, unity and the welfare of students within the institution.

Receiving the award, Musa expressed appreciation to NANS Yobe Axis for the recognition and for the visit.

He said the honour would further strengthen collaboration, understanding and cordial relations between the management of the polytechnic and the students.

Staff, students and the management of the institution have welcomed the recognition, describing it as well deserved.

The director reaffirmed his commitment to sustaining his dedication to service, supporting students’ welfare and contributing to the continued development of the Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu.
